Lenten Regulations:
Ash Wednesday is a day of fast and abstinence.
Good Friday, is a day of fast & abstinence.
Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence.
Those 14 years or older– no meat that day.
The celebration of Mass, confession,generous assistance to the poor, and religious/charitable causes should be a part of everyone’s Lent.
