As your spiritual life grows, your spiritual motto could evolve as well. Spiritual mottos are not set in stone once they are identified and embraced. For example, a single person might need to modify his/her motto when he/she marries, just as a married couple's life is changed dramatically with a newborn addition. St. Paul tells us "Do not conform yourselves to this age, but be transformed---discern what is the will of God". Spiritual mottos are a valuable tool to establishing God's kingdom in our hearts, in our minds, and in our actions.
