Today His Holiness Pope Francis announced the appointment of Bishop-Elect Dennis G. Walsh from the Diocese of Toledo as the new Bishop for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Davenport, Iowa. Bishop-Elect Walsh will become the 10th Bishop of the Diocese.
