Our annual dinner & auction will be held in less than one week.
We need the cooperation of every member of our parish to make this event a success. THIS IS OUR MAJOR FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR. We depend on your support and help!
NEEDS
1. Donations for Meat Bundles to be auctioned off. Place in envelope marked Meat Bundles (Place in Collection basket.)
2. Thanks to the great response of help cutting wood this last Tuesday (Sept 3). We have 12 loads of wood to auction off.
3. Items need to be brought in for the Auction to be auctioned off.
4. Whatever assignment & donation for the Dinner needs to be brought in. Everything except perishable can be brought in at any time now. Sign in sheet is on counter in kitchen.
5 Crafts & baked goods need to be brought for Country Store.
6. Get out and sell those raffle tickets. There are people out there wanting a chance to win one of the great prizes on the raffle.
7. Advertize our event by mouth to all your friends and relatives. Invite them to the dinner and auction.
8. Mass will be at 9:30 Am the day of the Dinner/Auction. Let everyone know of the change in time.
