  Food Pantry Needs
  The local food pantry is in need of what is called “White Goods” which includes:
  Kleenex, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, bars of soap, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo (including travel sizes), household cleaning supplies, etc
  as well as breakfast cereals, oatmeal, shelf stable meals, canned fruit, one pound packages of pasta.
  These are just some of the items needed.

  Diocesan Special Collection
  The Diocese has authorized a special collection for the Newman Catholic Student Center at the University of Iowa. The center is inspired by the teaching of St John Henry Newman, with their ministry focusing upon helping students develop intimate relationships with Jesus.
  This collection will be February 12th.
